Westlake United Church Trust
The Westlake United Church Trust (WUCT) is a non-profit organization that serves the community of Westlake Village in Cape Town. WUCT was founded in the late 1990s when Rabie Developers converted the area into Westlake Village, which included housing for informal residents. The trust was established to help the community with education, healthcare, and other basic needs. In addition, it was set up by six local churches to address social issues in the community. The organisation’s aim is to help and lift the community through a variety of activities and services. The Westlake United Church Trust collaborates closely with the Rotary Club of Constantia on various community service initiatives such as healthcare, community events, and literacy.
